William Morris Agency and Knockout Events bring us an interview at Times of Malta.com

The video interview is great. They cover a few things which is great. Good information, good interviewer.

I wasn’t able to embed the video into the site. So I’ve included the link in this post.

Heres the description that came with the video interview:

The Prodigy are looking forward to playing for the first time in Malta, the three-piece superband tells timesofmalta.com in an exclusive interview.

"We haven’t been there, and it’s exciting to go to a new place, a new crowd. You know, if we’ve got fans there, then we want to go and play to them -that’s what the band has always been about. yeah, we’re buzzing to come," vocalist Keith Flint says.

The Prodigy will be playing live in Malta on April 30 at the MFCC Ta’ Qali in what promises to be one of the biggest concerts of 2010.

Liam Howlett adds: "We want to be surprised so we want the people to show us what it’s all about. We don’t want to be disappointed when we come there.

We’ll do our job, if the crowd does its job."

Interviewed by The Sunday Times music correspondent Michael Bugeja before the band’s concert at Blackpool last week, the band talk about their influences, evolvement and successes.

The Prodigy’s fifth album, Invaders Must Die was critically acclaimed and hit the top spot in the British album charts. "People had forgotten about us, which makes the next album harder," says Howlett, who had visited Gozo in the early 1990s.
