Hey Fanboys, this is straight from the official site. Some pretty good news. XFM has released a book containing their Top 1000 songs of all time and The Prodigy have made it 5 times! The list however is based on listeners and most requested over the years. Ofcourse if it was up to us, we would just throw in the entire Music For The Jilted Generation release as it is in there haha. Here is the official statement:

Xfm radio have released a book of the top 1000 songs of all time, based on the listeners the most requested songs on the ‘X-list’ over the years and suggestions from radio DJs.

The Prodigy tracks that are featured:

Well. Today I decided since I now own a scanner, I’d put it to the test. So I scanned the Booklet that comes with the new release of Invaders Must Die Special Edition.

They are great pictures. You can even use them as wallpapers and so on. I hope you like them!

Well, I will not be buying this. So expensive! Like, is it really worth the price for a picture book? and signatures? I dunno.

The Prodigy are proud to announce the release of their long awaited official photographic book documenting their 2008 and 2009 journey on the Invaders Must Die world tour.

The book contains over 350 pages of exclusive stage and backstage images with never seen before shots of the band from around the globe.

Luke Insect (who created the Invaders artwork for the album and the whole campaign) has designed the book in collaboration with the band. Brilliant photography by Paul Dugdale and others, combined with cutting edge design has produced this collectable masterpiece.

This high-end quality book is a 12 inch by 12 inch hardback, printed on 157gsm matt art paper. There are six sided triple page pull outs and over 500 photos in full colour and black and white.

The book has been inserted into a black embossed and die cut outer sleeve for the perfect finish.

The bad news….there are only 999 of these individually numbered books in print, no more will ever be produced.

Every book has been personally signed and numbered by Liam, Maxim and Keith as well as Luke the book designer.

This official book is available to pre-order right now and orders will be dispatched week commencing 4th January 2010 by courier delivery.
