Apologies in advance for the slow beginning to the year. I still don’t have an internet connection at home due to finances, had to also downgrade the Fanboy hosting plan, plus I’ve got a lot of other commitments at the moment as well.
The year started with a bummer for Aussie fans when Soundwave Festival tanked. Another one joins the list of fallen festivals down here.
In the wake of this, a new festival is one the rise. One by the fans. A fan funded festival & it needs your help. It’s target amount is A$3,275,000 in 48 days. A big task but hopefully we can make it happen.
If this does take off, maybe The Prodigy might headline sometime. That’s my dream. However, it’s just great to see things like this happening & hopefully it works out. The scene here seems to be in a very weird state.
