G’day Fanboys! and Fangirls!
As you can see, we have done a major update to Fanboy. Basically we were using old code and just decided to go with something more new and modern, neat and tidy. Totally not sure what you all are going to think, please do let us know in the comments! Not everything is ironed out yet. Things will appear and disappear during the upcoming weeks I’m sure.
Basically the changes are, a whole new layout. Home page has two featured sections. Only one side bar now, using only the content we really need. Now have a featured weekly SoundCloud remix area. Also random featured videos section. Twitter and Facebook feeds displayed. There are two menus now, a social media menu and our main navigation page menu.
In the News Post view, I’ve cleared everything in the side bar and filled it up with recent comments. I think this might work best.. let me know.
There are a few other changes as well.. I can’t remember.. I’ve had zero sleep :P
Anyhow, all positive and negative comments are welcomed. Please let us know what you do and don’t like. We’ll try our best to make any changes. This site is for the fans and we want you to enjoy coming here.
